The part you need wears out too soon — and the material that would fix it is stuck in a lab.

The Industrialization Partner
for Advanced Materials
We build the infrastructure for the next generation of materials — taking proven alloys from lab scale to full industrial production, predictably and fast.
01 · The Problem
The material exists. The product exists. They just can't reach each other.
Better products wait for materials that never leave the lab — and better materials gather dust waiting for an industry that can't use them. Both sides lose to the same gap.
It shines at gram scale — but industry needs tonnage data you can't yet produce.
Crossing it takes years of process development, pilot batches and qualification — work neither a research lab nor a production team is built to do. It's exactly the work we exist for.
02 · Our Approach
We make the path straight.
A structured route from lab to industry — fewer steps, faster results, no surprises at full scale.
Too many trials
Fewer steps. Faster results.
03 · Track Record
We've already done this. At scale.
Mining-steel industrialization: Mangalloy → 110G13L, an aluminium-stabilized L1₂ alloy — taken all the way to production excavator teeth.
Delivered through longer-lasting parts and less downtime for a single mining client.
Measured property gains vs. the incumbent material
Tougher teeth degraded more slowly and lasted longer in the field before wear-out.
The story — anonymized
A heavy-equipment producer was losing margin to wear parts that degraded faster than the market standard. A stronger manganese-steel chemistry existed in the lab — but every attempt to run it at production tonnage failed. We screened the chemistry against the plant's real constraints, stabilized the alloy, and validated a process window on production equipment. The material has run at full tonnage ever since.

Why we exist.
Founded by materials engineers who watched proven alloys die between the lab and the line — because nobody owned the path to tonnage.

07 · FAQ
Questions clients ask first.
Straight answers to the questions we hear most.
Do you sign NDAs before technical discussions?
Yes — a mutual NDA before any composition or process data changes hands is standard practice for us.
Do you take on materials you didn't design?
Yes — that's our core model. We industrialize proven materials from any lab, university or company, provided you hold the rights to use them.
What's the smallest way to start?
A scoping engagement: a focused feasibility assessment that tells you whether — and how — your material can reach production.
Which regions do you serve?
We work with industrial clients internationally and travel to client plants when the program needs it.
What if scoping concludes our material can't be industrialized?
You keep the full risk assessment and our recommendations — knowing early is the cheapest outcome there is.
Predictable Scale · Validated Speed
Don't discover scale-up problems when it's already too late.
Tell us about your material and where it's stuck — you'll get a straight answer on whether, and how, we can take it to production.
